Partnering to do more for the regions

We've teamed up with a number of local partners in these regions to start addressing the growing lack of affordable homes for purchase or rent. We have projects currently underway in Rotorua, Hamilton, Gisborne, Palmerston North and Hawkes Bay.

White Camellia Awards Night

The 2019 White Camellia Awards were held in Wellington recently and our Group Finance Manager Ramonette Gray had the privilege of attending this prestigious evening. We congratulate all the winners and also acknowledge the ongoing efforts of our team towards gender equity too.

An update on our first affordable development

9 Sherborne Street was a development of a unique inner-city community near the heart of central Christchurch. A small, but important first step in contributing to our vision of providing housing solutions for local communities that is not only affordable, but also beautiful.
