Growing our People

We love to see our people flourishing and we would like to extend a huge congratulations to members of our team who have recently achieved professional qualifications:

Ramonette Gray - who recently became a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). This qualification represents more than six years of study, and an incredible sacrifice and investment for both her and her family. Ramonette is the second to receive CPA level within our team, and we are grateful to know our financial stewardship is in such good hands. Well done Ramonette.

Cole Tuwai - who completed his apprenticeship and obtained his carpentry qualification.

Beaudine Wallace - who has also completed his apprenticeship and obtained his carpentry qualification.

David Wong - who has completed the NZIML Emerging Leaders Scholarship Programme

Emergency Housing Auckland

We recently completed two projects in Mangere and Onehunga, a total of 6 homes in which refugee families who have been patiently waiting in temporary accommodation, finally have somewhere of permanence to call home. Watch the video.

Parkview at Faringdon - Stage 1 Complete

Our vision is to build flourishing communities and one of the ways to enable this is to provide truly affordable homes. This month marks an exciting milestone for our company with the first families moving into their brand new homes at our Parkview development. Work continues at Parkview in the new year and we look forward to welcoming more families into the community as Stages 2 and 3 are completed. There are still a few homes available and you can find out more about Parkview at

Revitalising 12 homes in Petone

One of our projects in Wellington is revitalising 12 homes in a 3-storey walk-up building. With extensive demo work scheduled for the existing roof, cladding and external wall framing, we wrapped the structure to keep the water out and enable us to continue working despite bad weather. All of the demo work is now complete and we look forward to giving these homes fresh new life.
