The billion dollar problem solver

We celebrate the successes of innovation. Creating life-saving medicine or a phone that you can publish a book from are the stuff of legends. And yet, innovation is so much more than the end result. It is the journey of failed attempts, unanswered questions, sharing of problems and team effort.


Kea & Peveral, Christchurch

Once lockdown lifts we will be back on the ground in Eastern Christchurch building 13 new homes for those whanaū in need. Painting complete, flooring is down and interiors fitted. We are on track to have more homes in our Ōtautahi community.

Karamū Construction Update

Our delivery team and build partners have been making great progress on building 84 new homes at The Residences at Karamū. Despite the challenging weather, supply constraints and lockdowns, we have made great progress on this pioneering development.

Oranga, Auckland

Another fabulous build is coming together in Tāmaki Makaurau. Three new three bedroom homes are set to continue construction post lockdown. Our team are on the cusp of completing the brick works. Insulation has been installed and is awaiting the wall linings to arrive on site.

Place-based approach on Oliphant

We are incredibly proud of this 44-home Kāinga Ora​ development for the Raureka community in Hastings. The first of many homes coming through the Hastings District Council place-based housing plan, in partnership with Ngāti Kahungunu and Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga - Ministry of Housing and Urban Development NZ.
