Our values in action

Congratulations to the Auckland Site Delivery Leads Adriaan Ingles, Michael Lyne & Sean Mayes who were nominated this month for their excellent response to the changing Covid-19 alert levels.

Our Team

Thames & Tyne, Palmerston North

Yet another stake in the ground for social housing in Palmerston North. The completion of one & two bedroom homes led by Michael Vermeulen and the team to deliver an additional 7 out of 36 homes in Manawatu.

Let’s celebrate together – 10 years of Home

This year we want to take time to celebrate all that has been but more importantly, all that is to come! We would like to invite all present and past staff, build partners, suppliers and customers of Buildtech and Home to celebration events in both Auckland and Christchurch.

We don’t want to miss inviting anyone who would like to join in the celebrations, so please fill out the form in the button below to register your interest!

The Residences at Karamū

In light of the recent housing announcement, we see the increased value of giving First Home Buyers and Owner Occupiers opportunities for new and healthy homes. Our newest development, The Residences of Karamu is now 75% sold, with the majority to first home buyers. You can find an updated list on which homes are still available now.

New hoops for St James School

Alongside SFSL, SES Contracting and Allied Concrete, we were able to recently invest in the future growth of physical activity and basketball at St James School, with the installation of a new basketball hoop system. Replacing the previously portable hoops, which were becoming unfit for purpose due to earthquake damage and the growing popularity of the sport within St James.

Thanks for organising Canterbury Rams

Northcote Stage 1 Completion

This month marked the final wrap up of our Northcote Stage 1 sites with the remaining 12 homes being handed over by Bryce, Vanessa and the wider team. This site consists of primarily large family homes ranging from four to five bedrooms.
