Exciting new developments & updates from the field

Delivering for the regions

Our team recently completed 32 new homes across 9 different sites in Hamilton. This cul-de-sac site saw 2 old houses make way for 9 new homes built to a 6 Homestar standard. Adjacent to a large green-belt, these 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes will help ease Hamilton’s growing waitlist for social and affordable housing.

Investing in a flourishing community

Our Auckland team are celebrating the completion of 38 new homes that are part of Kāinga Ora’s Northcote Development on the North Shore.

Challenging the status quo

Our High St development, undertaken for Kāinga Ora, received an Excellence award at the New Zealand Property Council Awards. A significant milestone for the sector, the Home team and Kāinga Ora.

Growing our people

We love to see our people thrive and we would like to extend a big congratulations to Karla Ponferrada who has recently become a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). This achievement represents an incredible sacrifice and investment for both her and her family. Well done Karla.

Oranga, Auckland is undergoing a redevelopment in which 335 of its state houses will be replaced with 1,000 new warm and dry homes. With a big focus on using the land more efficiently than we did in the 1940’s and 50’s, these recently completed 4 and 5-bed family homes still have spacious backyards for families to grow and thrive.

Look out for Swish the Canterbury Penguin

We’re excited to be bringing together sport and art this month as we introduce Swish the Canterbury Penguin, on the Pop Up Penguins art trail. Pop Up Penguins launches on 29 November and our friends at the Canterbury Rams will be organising some fun activities for trail followers to join in with, so we might see you at the hoops!
