100 days is all it takes when you have a team that's passionate about getting people into homes sooner!

This was one of our first Project Velocity Builds at 53 Uxbridge Street, and with 3 brand new homes completed ahead of time, it was a great success all round!

Each of these homes have been universally designed with level entry patios for complete accessibility — These homes have been designed for all ages and stages of life with ease of access in mind.

It really takes a complete team effort across the board! With the clock starting from identification of a project, we have 100 days to complete the build and hand over the keys!

We work hard tracking each hour of work, assessing our workforce availability and ensuring all detailed tasks are completed, based on realistic expectations.
