Over 4,000 tonnes of rock and a sizeable chunk of Mt. Wellington was removed to make way for this brand new 37 home community in Mt. Wellington.

Built on rock solid foundations, a mixture of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom family homes, as well as a number of fully accessible homes, create a vibrant community that will serve generations to come.

With most homes now already tenanted, the range of housing has supported a significant diversity of families and created a rich vitality within the local community.

Home was responsible for the full redevelopment of this site. This involved all stages of the resource and building consent process, design, civils, construction and landscaping.
