This informs everything we do, from the type of projects we take on as a company, to the partners we work with and the way we re-invest our proceeds back into the community.

We’re passionate about opportunities where we can impact the community in and around the housing projects we’re working on. Along with proactive communication and consultation, we look for ways to help with practical needs and as part of the Canterbury Rams Hoops in Schools initiative, we’ve installed five sets of brand-new basketball hoops for schools in and around Christchurch.

Northcote school, over the road from our Fenchurch St development, recently received their new basketball hoops and we couldn’t be prouder of the great mahi put in by our Site Manager Matt Dunn and his team and our build partners SES Contracting, Allied Concrete and Locate Services.

This is just the type of community engagement that we're so deeply passionate about — Building flourishing communities where local lives are impacted daily for the better. Where people feel safe and secure and where the tamariki can thrive.
