Thanks to the long-term relationships with our trusted build partners and suppliers, our partnerships with our charitable organisations and the mahi of our team over the last few years, the completion of our Jellico St Hawkes Bay project, marks the 1,000 healthy and affordable home, that, together as a team, we have built for the families of Aotearoa.

We wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you. To our people, both past and present for your mahi over the past 10 years, which has been delivered with passion and dedication for the vision of seeing everyone in NZ having access to safe and healthy housing.

We build to provide homes. But the need for homes that are healthy, sustainable, and affordable is now just as acute as ensuring the process of building homes is sustainable for our planet and protects the wellbeing and flourishing of the people involved throughout the industry and its supply chain.

As we move into 2023, we will continue to build homes for the people of Aotearoa ensuring the physical and mental safety and wellness of our people and build partners is a top priority, whilst continuing to build healthy, sustainable and affordable homes.
